Week 2: “Character”

The Bible

Implicational thinking and belief systems

Servant Leadership, and followership

Week 3: “Interpersonal and Relational”

Communication

Personalities, Giftings

Conflict Resolution

Dealing with Behavioral disorders

Counseling responsibilities & techniques

 

Week 4: “Practical skills; the nuts and bolts”

Small groups, one on ones

Running a Classroom

DTS Equip. Providing a resource rich environment where DTS staff and leaders are equipped in character, skills and Spirit, so that DTS students and programs worldwide may benefit and develop according to their individual and corporate callings.

DTS Equip is not only for new staff. Many of these topics can be extended, as well as new ones added dependent upon the experiential demographic of the participants. We want school leaders and even program directors! We have additional material for these people. Come and learn, grow, fellowship and relax!
