Short Term Teams

 

For adults and teens we can offer a life changing missions experience.  We offer a full range of opportunities from children's ministry to sports clinics to work teams. We will work with you to create the right outreach for your group.

 

Children's Ministries

 

Can you imagine taking a lion out of the jungle and trying to train him in one hour. After this quick training you have to send him back to the jungle. You do get to repeat the process week after week, but what a challenge. This is the same challenge we face with the Children's Ministry here in St. Croix.  We have such a short time to express love to the children of our community, to teach them about a relationship with Jesus and the things of God before we have to send them back to their jungle.

 

 

Sports Ministries

Sports are a key interest of many young people in the islands.  This provides an open door for us to reach many that may never set foot inside a church building.  It is our intention to see Sports used as a tool to develop leaders from among the youth of the islands, to impart Biblical truth and practical skills at the same time, and to bring lasting transformation to hearts and minds.

 

 

 

The DTS is a foundational training program for everyone interested in either a short or long term missions experience.  This five month school includes a three month lecture phase (12 weeks of solid Biblical teaching) followed by a two month practical outreach.  We've taken outreaches throughout the Caribbean, Central and South America and Asia.

King's Kids is an international youth organization involving young people from 140 nations. It is the child and teenage department of Youth With A Mission. Since its beginning in 1976, King's Kids has affected the lives of countless thousands of young people with its message of hope, God's love and new life through Jesus Christ.
